ABOUT RAISE THE ROOF FOR RWANDA
On Saturday, December 13, we will host musicians and spoken-word artists in a celebration of hope for the country of Rwanda. This will be Church of the Advent Hope's 6th Annual Holiday Benefit Concert. Proceeds from previous concerts have gone towards efforts such as: developing social entrepreneurship programs; promoting international human rights; supporting relief efforts for the people of Sudan, Darfur Region; and the prevention of human trafficking. Over the years, these efforts have raised over $35,000.
THE IMPACT OF RAISE THE ROOF FOR RWANDA AND YOUR DONATIONS
Through a partnership with Miracle Corners of the World, funds raised at Church of the Advent Hope's Annual Holiday Benefit Concert will help Rwanda survivors in their ongoing recovery from the genocide by providing them the skills they need to live healthy, happy, and productive lives. Miracle Corners of the World, a New York-based, internationally recognized non-profit organization, is working to build a community center in Rwanda's Bugesera district that will serve this community of survivors. The center's offerings will include IT education, social entrepreneurship education, arts and cultural activities, language education, and trauma counseling. Together, let's raise the roof for Rwanda.

Miracle Corners of the World is a non-profit organization that empowers youth to become positive agents of change, to improve their lives and contribute to their communities.
MCW serves youth through leadership training, community development, oral healthcare, and partner initiative programs. The organization began in 1999 and their inspiration is that every corner of the world can be a "miracle corner."
