Lili Gil Valletta is a recognized cultural intelligence™ expert, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and an award-winning entrepreneur. She came to the U.S. at the age of 17 without speaking English, leaving her entire family behind in Colombia, and managed to become a recognized corporate executive turned founder. After a successful corporate career including a 10-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where she pioneered various diversity strategies, Lili co-founded CIEN+ and CulturIntel. Her firm, based in New York City with offices in Minneapolis and Colombia, offers big-data analytics, business consulting and marketing strategies for global leaders and corporations to successfully turn cultural trends and diversity into a commercial advantage, innovation and profits.
Teneshia Jackson Warner founded EGAMI Group in 2007 On Purpose. She has accumulated more than a decade of experience in multicultural marketing, project management and inspirational life coaching as a purpose-driven individual. As CEO, Teneshia has led the agency from a dream concept to a thriving multi-million dollar business, delivering award-winning work for major brands, such as Procter & Gamble, Verizon Wireless, Dasani, Rosa Regale, General Motors, Target, KFC, Major League Baseball, Delta and more. In 2012, Teneshia released her first book, Profit With Purpose: A Marketers Guide to Deliver Purpose-Driven Campaigns to Multicultural Audiences, which earned rave reviews as the first-of-its-kind to be focused on multicultural, purpose-driven marketing. Mike Warner has had an illustrious and exciting career that, over the last two decades, has spanned music, entertainment, marketing, business development and tourism. Mike began his career as a musician/songwriter/music producer working on projects such as demo recordings for Hip Hop icons Jay Z and Nas, and remixes and production for Hip Hop legends such as Eric B & Rakim and Big Daddy Kane. His musical prowess and reputation enabled him to work with international artists including, producing and writing for Hikaru Utada, the biggest selling Japanese artist to date.
