Join us for a fabulous afternoon at The Ladies Luncheon! Spend some time chatting and chewing with the ladies of Advent Hope! Our Fall themed luncheon will focus on building community with each other and participating in the Women's Table: facilitated talks and group discussions on topics relevant to women’s wellness.

Our very own Annette Santiago-España, Ph.D., Psychologist will be sharing with us on the topic of Building Emotional Resilience and Boundaries.

We'll also be hosting a Fall themed recipe-share of desserts and breads! If you have a Fall themed dessert or bread recipe that everyone MUST try, bring your dish and submit your recipe via email! We'll make sure there's enough copies for everyone. We can't wait to taste it!

Runners and walkers welcome! Join us as we run/walk one of my favorite trails of Van Cortlandt Park which leads into Westchester. Enjoy beautiful greenery, sights and sounds of nature along the way. We will end/celebrate our adventure with the delicious and famous LLoyds Carrot cake! Please dress in comfortable attire.

Do you want to learn about plant-based cooking? Do you have plant-based recipes to share? Come join us May 28th for a plant-based potluck!

We will be having a potluck, tasting, and recipe share of various plant-based foods! We will also be discussing the basics of plant-based cooking (including how to make homemade seitan!) and lessons learned along the way. Please bring your favorite plant-based food (could be a dressing/dip, breakfast food, entree, appetizer, or dessert) to share with the group. We will ask that you email us the recipe so that we can compile a book to share with the group afterwards. To clarify, plant-based foods are foods that originate from plants and not animals thus all the food should be meat and dairy-free (including eggs). This MeetUp is meant to help each other learn from our experiences with plant-based cooking. Whether you're just curious about plant-based cooking, are trying to eat more plant-forward, or are a seasoned vegan come join us for delicious food and conversation! Everyone is welcome!
