DOROT Greeting Cards

April is Volunteer Month! We're excited to announce our third annual event: crafting handmade greeting cards to bring joy to over 4,000 older adults in the DOROT organization. Join us for this heartwarming activity on Saturday, April 20th, at 1:30 PM. Everyone is invited to share their creative side and participate in this artistic afternoon! Supplies will be provided.

DOROT is a nonprofit organization that provides programs and services for older adults.

This annual event features an eclectic mix of outstanding New York performers dedicated to raising funds for a selected charitable organization. While there is no charge for admission, we encourage attendees to give generously to support the chosen cause for the year. 100% of your contributions will benefit the recipient.

This year, we are thrilled to partner with Team TLC NYC, a grassroots organization committed to providing basic needs and support to asylum seekers and migrants. With your help, we aim to reach our fundraising target of $10,000 to aid Team TLC NYC in their vital and inspiring efforts.

Fall Festival at Hurd's Family Farm

Dear Advent Hope families,

Please plan your ticket purchase attendance for our upcoming event. We will be gathering at the Hurd's Family Farm. Transportation will not be available. Tickets must be purchased on the Hurd’s Family Farm Website. For more details and to plan your visit, check out Old-Fashioned Fall Fun at Hurd's Family Farm. Although there won't be any bonfires this year, various fun activities are lined up for our kids! Join us for a memorable day of fellowship and fun.

Annual Advent Hope Teens Hike

Come and join us at our annual Advent Hope Teens Hike.

This event is open to teenagers aged 13-19 and their parents!

Bring sunscreen, hiking shoes, and a sandwich for lunch. We will provide water, snacks, and transportation.

We will meet at Church of the Advent Hope at 9:00 AM and return at 6:00 PM.
